You must be (or planning on being) a full-time student at an accredited institute of higher education. In order to verify this, you must provide us an official statement verifying your enrollment. 2. Henry Leadership Scholarship Program (Summer 2020) Award: $1,000 Application: https://app.goingmerry.com/scholarships/thomas-j-henry-leadership-scholarship-program-summer-2020/6909 Criteria/Eligibility: To be eligible, each student must be enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, an accredited college or university. Applicants currently enrolled in a college or university must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 to qualify for the scholarship. The scholarship is available to all students ages 18 and over, at all levels from high school senior to graduate school. The Scholarship Essay To be considered for the Thomas J. Henry Leadership Scholarship, students must submit an original essay explaining the importance of leadership. Essay Theme The Thomas J. Henry Leadership Scholarship rewards students who show skills in motivating others inside and outside of the classroom. We look to leaders for advice, direction, inspiration, and to keep us moving forward when things get tough. Share your leadership role experience, whether it was for your school’s sport team, club, outside organization, church, or volunteer group, and you could win $1,000 in financial aid to use toward educational expenses.
